REYKJAVIK (Reuters) - Iceland's government may unveil a draft law as early as next week on reimbursing Britain and the Netherlands for deposits lost when its banks collapsed last year, an Icelandic official said on Friday.

But parliamentary support for the bill on reimbursement of more than $5 billion (3 billion pounds) lost in Landsbanki's Icesave accounts remained in doubt, said the official, who asked not to be identified due to the sensitivity of the matter.  09-Oct-09.
